I Bill has spent nearly three decades in the Rocky Mountain West, though his sensibility was shaped earlier, growing up in the Upper Midwest. Those roots are still in there.

He and his wife Laura co-founded one of the early new media design studios in Jackson, Wyoming. From there he built and managed a global manufacturing and supply chain with production partners in southern China. Small team creativity on one end, large scale operations on the other. That range taught him something about how people and organizations actually work.

His adult life has always been rooted in adventure. He has raced nearly every kind of bike and skied and snowboarded alongside some of the best in the world. He built a film and photography business shooting in high altitude terrain, working from snowcats and helicopters across the mountain West. These are environments where preparation is everything.

The steadiness they demand is the same steadiness he brings to this work, alongside what he has learned from 35 years of marriage and raising two children into adulthood.

Through all of it, the through line has been the same: helping people and organizations think clearly, make sound decisions, and communicate with integrity.

That is what brought him to coaching. It is what he does now, with individuals, executives, and teams who are ready to move forward.
